Christoper Abbott is currently starring with Aubrey Plaza in the Off Broadway revival of DANNY AN THE DEEP BLUE SEA playing at the Lucille Lortel Theater.

The revival of John Patrick Shanley‘s play starring Aubrey Plaza and Christopher Abbott will run at the Lucille Lortel Theatre from October 30–January 3, 2024.
The play follows Danny and Roberta, two desperate people in the Bronx that have a chance meeting in a dive bar. What follows is an encounter “so dangerous and so beautiful” that it “redefines the meaning of love.” Abbott and Plaza play Danny and Roberta, respectively.
